Terms of service

1. Using AssetForge 3D

You must be at least 16 to use the service. You are responsible for your account and for what you generate and share.

2. Your content

You keep the rights to prompts and images you upload and to assets you generate, to the extent the law allows. You give us a limited licence to store and process them so we can run the service.

3. Acceptable use

• No content that infringes others' rights
• No illegal, hateful or sexual content involving minors
• No attempts to break rate limits, security or other users' privacy

4. Plans and limits

Free use has rate limits (currently 10 generations a minute and 100 a day). Paid plans are on a waitlist and will have their own terms.

5. Third-party engines

Generations are processed by third-party model providers. Output can be imperfect; check assets before shipping them.

6. Ending

You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
